ORDINANCE N0. 84- 44 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1985, AND ENDING MARCH 31, 1985 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. To provide for the current expenses and other expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period commencing January 1, 1985 and ending March 31, 1985, there is hereby appro- priated the following sums: GENERAL FUND FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND STREET CONSTRUCTION,.MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND STATE HIGHWAY IMPROV EMENT FUND POLICE PENSION FUND POLICE OPERATING LEVY FUND RECREATION FUND COMMUNITY ROOM FUND CAPITAL IMPROV EMENT FUND GENERAL BOND RETIREMENT FUND STREET LIGHTING FUND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RETIREMENT FUND PERFORMANCE BOND FUND BEECH HILL FUND S 500,000.00 40,000.00 35,000.00 7,000.00 20,000.00 20,000.00 1,000.00 10,000.00 30,000.00 20,000.00 40,000.00 30,000.00 5,000.00 70,000.00 Section 2. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to draw warrants for payments of any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor; appr-owed by the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
