Carmen ' AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER 155 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY ROOM " BUILDING AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the renovation of the old salt shed into the Mayfield Village Community Room is rapidly nearing completion; and WHEREAS, the Community Room Building has been completed to the extent that it has been used for various civic and social events; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that insofar ~as the room is currently being used as a functioning Community Room it is necessary to promulgate and .adopt rules and regulations for its operation; now, therefor.e', BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. There is hereby enacted Chapter 155 of the Codified Ordinances ~,of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to the rules and regulations for the operation of the Community Room Building of Mayfield Village, Ohio, as follows: CHAPTER 155 Community Room Building Rules and Regulations for Operation 155.01 AvailabilitX, The Community Room Building of the municipality shall be available primarily for the use of residents and organizations of Mayfield Village. In the event no Mayfield Village resident or organization intends to utilize the Community Room Building on a specific date, the Community Room Building may be rented to non-resident individuals or organizations who are sponsored by a Mayfield Village resident, subject to the rules and regulations stated hereinafter. All fees charged are to offset expenses for services rendered by the municipality. 155.02 Permits. " (A) A permit must be obtained by any individual or organization desiring to use the Community Room Building.
