ORDINANCE 8 3 - 1 <br />Page -2- <br />r, <br />{ <br />Failure to make satisfactory repairs after conviction <br />under thisl section shall constitute a separate offense each <br />day such condition remains unabated. <br />Section 2.IFormer Section 971.11(d) is hereby repealede <br />Section 3. ?,{That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Gouncil; and that <br />deliberations of this , Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the/'public, in <br />compliance with all sta,tutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of th`e Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4: Tti?;is Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfar,e of the residen,ts of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />in that the amendment provided herein wi.ll aid in the deterrents to <br />false alarms thereby eliminating unnecessary use of police and fire <br />personnel.
