<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TFE BOARD OF CONTROL OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND that pur-
<br />suant to the authority granted by Sectioa 141.08'of the Codified Ordinances of Cleve-
<br />land, Ohio, 1976, and pursuaat to the recommendatioa of the Commissioner of Welfare
<br />Institutions, the Directo,r.of Public Health aad Welfare is authorized to enter iato
<br />contracts with each of the following aamed governmental entities for the receptioa
<br />and care of persons at the.Cleveland House of Corrections who are. the legal responsi-
<br />bility of and are awaiting trial or have been convicted of misdemeanors by the courts
<br />having-jurisdiction within said following named goeernmental entities: Bay Village,
<br />Bentleyville, Berea, Bedford, Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Beachwood, Brook Park,
<br />Chagrin Falls, Cleveland Heights, Cuyahoga Couaty, Cuyahoga Heights, East Clevelaad,
<br />Euclid, Fairview Park,.,Garfield Heights, Glenwillow, Hunting Valley, Independeace,
<br />Lyndhuzst, 2iaple Heights,.tiayfield Heights, Hiddleburgh Heights, 2ioreland Hills,
<br />.
<br />Hetro Parks, Newburgh Heights, North Olmsted, North Raadall, Olmsted Falls,}Olmsted,
<br />Township, Orange Village, Richmond Heights, Rocky River, Solon, State of Ohio for
<br />the benefit of the Ohio Tumpike Patrol, Strongsville, Shaker Heights, University
<br />Heights, Valley View, Walton Hills, S+larrensville Heights, Warrensville Township,
<br />Westlake, and Woodmere Village,
<br />Be it further resolved that each governmental entity'shall pay for each ia-

<br />mate per day the greatest of $44.00, or the actual cost for coafinement as determined
<br />by the City's Commissioner of Accounts in accordance with C.O. Section 141.08, or
<br />the amount.such governmental entitp charges.the Citp of Cleveland.for housing inmates
