' ORDINANCE N0. 83-22 <br />Section 12. Payment and Discharge. If the Issuer shall pay or cause <br />to be paid and discharged the Bond, the covenants, agreements and other obli- <br />gations of the Issuer hereunder and in the Bond, the Agreement and the Assign- <br />ment shall be discharged and satisfied, except for the obligation to make any <br />payment required under loss of tax exemption provisions in Section 3 hereof. <br />Section 13. Compliance with Open Meeting Requirements. It is hereby <br />found and determined that all formal actions of this Legislative Authority <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this Bond Legislation were adopted <br />in an open meeting of this Legislative Authority, and that all deliberations <br />of this Legislative Authority and of any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with <br />all legal requirements, including Section 121.22, Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 14. Payments Due on Sundays and Holidays. In any case where <br />the date of maturity of or due date of interest on or principal of the Bond <br />shall be a Sunday or a day on which the Holder is required, or authorized or <br />not prohibited, by law (including executive orders) to close and is closed, <br />then payment of such interest or principal need not be made on such date but <br />may be made on the next succeeding business day on which the Holder is open <br />for business with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity <br />or such due date and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date. <br />Section 15. Emergency. This Bond Legislation is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the immediate passage of which is necessary for the <br />immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the Issuer <br />and for the further reason that this ordinance must take effect at, the <br />earliest possible time in order to proceed promptly with the issuance and sale <br />of the Bonds in order to maintain and create jobs and advance and promote in- <br />dustrial and economic development within the boundaries of the Issuer; where- <br />for, this Bond Legislation shall be in full force and effect for and immedi- <br />ately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />V. t J. a, President of Council <br />PASSED: Decemb 9., 1983 <br />APPROVED: <br />Ro e G.
