RESOLUTION NO. 82-1 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Niayor & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO CAROL A. TRASK <br />WHEREAS, CAROL A. TRASK has dutifully and diligently <br />served as a member of the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio from <br />June 1979 until December 31, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, CAROL A. TRASK has faithfully served as a member-of <br />various committees of Council during her tenure as a Councilman; and <br />WHEREAS, CAROL A. TRASK should not be allowed to leave the <br />service of Mayfield Village without an expression of the appreciation <br />which she rightfully deserves; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Mayor and.Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for themselves and on behalf of the entire administration, employees, <br />and residents of the municipality, express their deep appreciation <br />and thanks to CAROL A. TRASK for her faithful and devoted service <br />to Mayfield Village. <br />Section 2. The clerk is hereby authorized, empowered and <br />directed to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. <br />One such copy shall be presented to CAROL A. TRASK as.a small token <br />of the esteem in which she is held by the residents, officials, <br />?..:..,,:.... staff inembers and employees of Mayfield Village. The other original <br />shall be placed in the permanen.t records of the Village as a <br />lasting tribute to CAROL A. TRASK. Section 3.
