Regular meetings of the Council of Mayfield Village are held <br />on the third Monday of each month at 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers, Village Hall, 6621 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />3. There is no newspaper published and of general circulation in <br />Mayfield Village. Pursuant to paragraph (b) of Section 10 of Article III <br />of the Charter, Council passed Ordinance No. 75-2 on January 2, 1975, <br />providing that public notice of the enactment of ordinances and the <br />adoption of resolutions and other acts or proceedings required by law to be <br />published is to be given by posting in the Village Hall, for a period of <br />not less than 15 days. <br />4. On May 7, 1974 the electors of Mayfield Village adopted a <br />Charter providing for the government of the Village. <br />5.
