The Bonds <br />1- The proposed issue will be offered at prevailing rates and terms <br />estiuiated at 13 to 14% interest for a 20 to 25 year term. <br />2- The structure of the collateral for the bonds will be an unsecured <br />loan agreement with an indenture of trust. <br />3- Bond Counsel will be Fred Levy, Esquire, Squires, Sanders and <br />Dempsey, 1201 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004, <br />(202-626-6609). <br />4- Bond Underwriter k*ill be Blyth Eastman Paine Webber, Inc., <br />1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10020. <br />5- As of date of this application, the Applicanthas not determi.ned <br />whether the bonds will be offered publicly or privately. The <br />Applicant will provide such information, including copies of the <br />offerin g to the O.D.F.C. not less than 15 days prior to O.D.F.C.'s <br />consideration of the final resolution. <br />6- As of the date of this application, Mayfield viiiage has not <br />passed an ordinance requesting the State of Ohio to issue its <br />revenue bonds.
