ORDINANCE NO. 82-13 (.As Amended) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council President Michael W. Spellman <br />AN ORDTNANCE AUTHORTZING AND DIRECTING <br />THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER FROM <br />THE GENERAL FUND TO THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF <br />ALL MUNICIPAL INCOME TAX RECEIPTS FOR <br />THE CALENDAR YEAR 1982 AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transfer from the General Fund to the Capital <br />Improvement Fund five percent (50) of all municipal income tax <br />receipts for the calendar year 1982. This Ordinance shall be <br />retroactive to January l, 1982 and the authority granted herein <br />to the Finance Director sha11 terminate on December 31, 1982, ' <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with al1 statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Codeo <br />Section 3.
