ORDINANCE N0. 82= 25 Page -2- El shall be made available to the requesting party within a reasonable time, said reasonable time not to exceed three (3) business days from the date of the written request. The requesting party shall be permitted to use available space within the Village municipal complex to inspect the materials durinu the Village business day and subject to the demands of Village business. (b) If the written request for documents, reports or records concerns information not readily available because of its volume or age then compliance with such request may exceed the three (3) day limitation but shal.l still be produced within a reasonable time subject to the demands of Village business. (c) Copies of any requested documents, reports or records sha11 be made available to the requesting party at a cos.t of fifteen cerits ($015) per page. ? L? (d) Upon compliarice with a writteri request for production of documerits, reports, or records the requesting party shall execute a dated receipt indicating the documents, reports or records so produced. Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of_ this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings operi to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time allowed by law.
