M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 82= 25 <br />Page -2- <br />El <br />shall be made available to the requesting party <br />within a reasonable time, said reasonable time not <br />to exceed three (3) business days from the date of <br />the written request. The requesting party shall be <br />permitted to use available space within the Village <br />municipal complex to inspect the materials durinu <br />the Village business day and subject to the demands <br />of Village business. <br />(b) If the written request for documents, <br />reports or records concerns information not readily <br />available because of its volume or age then compliance <br />with such request may exceed the three (3) day <br />limitation but shal.l still be produced within a <br />reasonable time subject to the demands of Village <br />business. <br />(c) Copies of any requested documents, reports <br />or records sha11 be made available to the requesting <br />party at a cos.t of fifteen cerits ($015) per page. <br />? <br />L? <br />(d) Upon compliarice with a writteri request for <br />production of documerits, reports, or records the <br />requesting party shall execute a dated receipt <br />indicating the documents, reports or records so <br />produced. <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of_ this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings operi to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 3.
