RESOLUTION N0. 82- 39 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO JOYCE ETZLER. <br />WHEREAS, JOYCE ETZLER has contributed her valuable time <br />and talent to Mayfield Village and its residents as a member <br />of the Recreation Board; and <br />WHEREAS, JOYCE ETZLER has determined, for personal and <br />family reasons, that she can no longer serve as a member of <br />the Recreation Board; and <br />WHEREAS, JOYCE ETZLER has distinguished herself during <br />her service as a member of the Recreation Board; and <br />GJHEREAS, JOYCE ETZLER should not be allowed to leave <br />the service of Mayfield Village without an expression of the <br />appreciation which she rightfully deserves; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCZL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio, for themselves and on behalf of the entire administration, <br />employees and residents of the municipality, express their deep <br />appreciation and thanks to JOYCE ETZLER for her faithful and <br />devoted service to Mayfield Village. <br />Section 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized, empowered <br />and directe to prepare duplicate originaT copies of this <br />Resolution. One such original copy shall be presented to JOYCE <br />ETZLER as a sma11 token of the esteem in which she is held by <br />the residents, officials and employees of Mayfield Village. The <br />other duplicate original shall be placed in the permanent records <br />of the municipality as a lasting tribute to JOYCE ETZLER. <br />Section 3, That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of thi.s Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been takeri at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its coinmittees, resulting <br />in such formal action9 took place in meetings operi to the public, <br />in compliance witfi a1l.statutory requiremerits, including the <br />requirements of Section 121e22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4.
