Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each and every violation. Each day during or on which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Section 2. There is hereby enacted Section 1333.03 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Qhio, which sha11 read as follows: 1333.03 INSTALLATION OF CABLE TELEVISION TO RESIDENTIAL DWELLTNGS. In addition to all provisions of the National Electrical Code adopted pursuant to th'is Cliapter, the following provisions shall be applicable to all new residential con- struction: (a) The Builder or developer shall provide a ground wire for cable tel'ev'ision installation on each side of the resideritial dwelling. (b) The ground wire shall be bonded to the cold water line on the street side of the water meter and sha11 exterid outside'of the dwelling at the basemerit ceiling leveTe In the case of basementless homes it shall exterid immediateTy above the final grade line. The ground wire'shaill terminate in a covered electrical utility box. (c) No. 6 Copper shall be the minimum standard for the ground wires required in this Section. (d) The builder or developer shall take a11 reasona:ble steps to have installed the necessary wiring for cable teievision prior to the closing of the basement ce°iling area. Section 3.
