ORDINANCE N0. 82- 68 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor &Counci:l as a Whole AN ORDINANCE AMENDIIVG SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE 82-18, REPEALING ALL vRDINANCES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCYe BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILTJAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section l. Section 9 of Ordinance 82-18 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 9. That there be appropriated from the following CAPITAL PROJECTS FUrID: COMMUNITY ROOM PROJECT FUND Capital Outlay $ 19,-998.-99 20,000o00 TOTAL COMMUNITY ROOM PROJECT FUND:$107909799 20,000.00 Section 2e All Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance in whole or in part are repealed.to the exterit necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been: taken at open meetings of th'is Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its coinmittees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings operi to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements, including the require- ments of Section 121.22 of the Oh'io Revised Codee Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of MayfieTd Village, for the reason that the increase in funds authorized here'in is necessary to construct the Community Room.
