M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 82-77 (As Amended) <br />Page -2- <br />Each applicant shall pay the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) <br />for the permit required. In the event that some person, <br />firm, or corporation has more than one such vehicle <br />intended for use within the Village then, in that event, <br />the permit fee for the second and third vehicle shall <br />be Five Dollars ($5.00) each, for the fourth and fifth <br />vehicles the permit fee shall be Four pollars ($4.00) and <br />for any number of vehicles thereafter the permit fee shall <br />be Three Dollars ($3.00) for each vehicle. Each permit <br />shall remain in effect from October 15 to April 15 of,the <br />following year. <br />761.03 DEPOSITID?G SNOW ON PUBLIC STREETS OR PRIVATE <br />PROPERTY. <br />Discharging or depositing of snow by truck, plow, <br />blower, or other sriow reTnoval equipment on to any street <br />or highway is prohibited except for accumulations which <br />are necessary residuals of street or roadway cleaning <br />operations by the Village or other public authority. <br />Any person being the operator or the owner or in <br />charge of any vehicle from which such substance has <br />fallen, sifted, been pushed or deposited upon the surface <br />of a public street or highway in violation of this Section <br />shall, on the direction of any member of the police, fire, <br />or service departments of the Village, immediately remove <br />such substance from,the highway. <br />No person, being the operator or the owner or in <br />charge of any veliicle removing snow from a private driveway <br />sha11 deposit th.e snow upon any other property except that <br />from which th.e snow is reTnoved. <br />761.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violate_s any provision of this Chapter is <br />guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. All Ordinances inconsisterit with this Ordinance <br />in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid <br />conflict with this Ordinanceo <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that a11 <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have beeri-takeri at operi meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its co,inmittees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings'operi to the public, in <br />compliance with a1l,statutory requiremerits; including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio RevIsea coaee <br />Section 40.
