JUDGMENT ENTRY <br />Defendant . <br />THRASHER, <br />[AORE & DOLAN <br />A GAL PROFESSIONAL <br />nssoci,anoN <br />(216) 285-2242 <br />100 CENTER STREET <br />CHARDON, OHIO <br />44024 <br />It appearing to the court that the parties hereto have <br />agreed among themselves with respect to disposition of the issues <br />herein; said agreement being inaccordance with.the terms of the <br />order hereinafter made, it is therefore, hereby ordered, adjudged <br />and decreed that the plaintiffs' complaint be dismissed with <br />prejudice upon the compliance of defendant, Village of Mayfield, <br />as follows: <br />1. Defendant shall pay the sum of Twelve Hundred <br />($1,200v00) Dollars in cash to Plaintiffs. Contemporaneously <br />with the payment above ordered, plaintiffs, J. Robert Cotton and <br />Joan K. Cotton shall execute and deliver to defendant, Village of <br />Mayfield, a full release of all past claims for damages by the <br />plaintiffs against the defendant. However, said release is in no <br />way waiver or agreement to settle any future claims for damage <br />which may arise in the event that it is necessary for the <br />defendant to do further work or repair to the property at issue <br />in said action. <br />Date: <br />2.
