ORDINANCE NQ. 82- 95 <br />Page -4- <br />Three-Man Fie1d Crew S 40,00 <br />consisting of Party Chief, <br />Instrumerit Man and Rod Man <br />Party Chief <br />23.00 <br />Instrument Man 17.00 <br />Rod Man <br />12.00 <br />Materials, Supplies and COST <br />Services by others <br />Payment shall be made under this Section at the completion <br />of each service and upon billing by the`Engineer. <br />(f) In addition to the other services mentioned hereinabove <br />the Engineer shall be required to attend the regular monthly meetings <br />of Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission, the one monthly. <br />Council Caucus meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission Workshop <br />session and such other meetings, whether in or out of the Village, <br />as the Mayor shall determinee For attendance at these meetings the <br />Engineer shall be compensated at the monthly rafi-e of Three Hundred <br />Thirty Dollars ($330.00) payable Tnonthly upon billing by the Engineer. <br />Section 3. The Village Engineer shall not, without consent <br />of Council, accept any employment from any person, firm or corporation <br />engaged in the business of establishing allotmerits or erecting buildings <br />within Nlayfield Villagee <br />Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective January 1, 1983. <br />Section 5. That it is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of <br />this Ordinance were adopted in an operi meeting of this Gouncil; and <br />that all deliberations of tliis Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with a11 1ega1 requirements including Section <br />121,22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an. <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and weTfare of the residents of I"Zayfield Village in <br />that the employment of an Engineer is necessary for tlie orderly <br />development of the commun%ty; it slia].1 th,erefore take effect immediately <br />upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members
