g <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance <br />81-36. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Ordinance 81-37, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE PROPOSED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL SUBMITTING TO THE ELECTORS OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THE <br />QUESTION AS TO 6dHETHER THE CHARTER OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE SHOULD BE <br />AMENDED TO PROVIDE FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF A RECESS BY COUNCIL." <br />Mr. Flynn read the ordinance title and asked if Council wished to <br />pass this ordinance tonight. <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Busa, Flynn, Mrs. Hanus and Miss <br />Trask <br />NAYS: Messrs., Etzler and Spellman <br />Ordinance 81-37 put on second reading. <br />Ordinance 81-39, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE SUBMITTING TO THE <br />ELECTORS OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, CERTAIN QUESTIONS AS TO THE <br />AMENDMENT OF THE CHARTER OF THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING FOR ALL <br />NECESSARY PROCEDURES." <br />Mr. Flynn stated this ordinance consisted of amendments drawn <br />up by the Charter Review Commission. He stated this ordinance <br />is 'the same as Ordinance 81-30 which had been repealed as it <br />was passed to soon. <br />Mr. Avery explained that the Charter Review Commission completed <br />everything prior to the maximum amount of time allowed to be <br />submitted to the Board.
