M.V. ORDINANCE NO. 81- 59 <br />Page -2- <br />(c) No person shall stop, stand or park any <br />motor vehicle at special parking locations provided <br />for the handicapped under this Section unless the <br />motor vehicle is displaying the special handicapped <br />license plate provided for in Section 4503.44 o.f <br />the Ohio Revised Code. <br />(d) This Section shall not be applicable to <br />those premises where less than fifty (50) total parking <br />spaces are provided. <br />(e) As used in this Section, "handicapped" shall <br />be defined the same as in Section 4503.44 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />(f) It shall be an affirmative defense to any <br />offense charged under Subsection (c) hereinabove <br />that the party so charged is handicapped as defined <br />in this Section. <br />(g) The violation of any provision of this Section <br />shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />Section 2. Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 3.
