ORDINANCE NO. 80.- 11 <br />Section 4. No part of the JOHN <br />Grand Opening Celebration Fund shall be <br />than that which is clearly designated in <br />Page 2 <br />D. RELIC Service Building <br />expended for any item other <br />its name. <br />Section 5. Expenditures from such Fund may be made for any <br />item or purpose which will work toward the goal of such Fund and <br />shall be made only after authorization by the Mayor and Finance <br />Director, who shall have complete discretion in allowing or denying <br />such expenditures. In making such decision both shall give proper <br />recognition to the unexpended balance then in the Fund and the <br />propriety of the type of expenditure involved. <br />Section 6. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, <br />safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in that <br />the Village is currently holding amounts intended to be deposited <br />for the purposes specified herein and the creation of this restricted <br />Fund and the acceptance of such donations are deemed to be positive <br />factors in the Village°s constant goal of maintaining a high degree <br />of morale in the ranks of its employees.
