ORDINANCE NO 80-25 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />79-74. <br />WHEREAS, this Council did, on October 15, 1979, pass <br />Ordinance 79-74, entitled: <br />AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT TO FRASER PAVING <br />COMPANY AS THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR THE <br />REPAVING AND REDITCHING OF ECHO DRIVE IN HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE. <br />WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the Ordinance was <br />prematurely passed for the reason that it is unclear which of the <br />various cost estimates it refers to; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />entirety. <br />Section 1. Ordinance 79-74 is hereby repealed in its <br />Section 2. This is an emergency Ordinance immediately <br />necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare <br />of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that the <br />passage of this Resolution as it existed would have severely burdened <br />the ability of Mayfield Village to~. finance other needed governmental <br />operations.
