<br />RESOLUTION N0. 80- 27 <br />INTRODUCID BY: Council as a U~Ihole <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO ECHO DRIVE SHOULD BE MADE. <br />WHEREAS, this Council did heretofore on August 6, 1929 adopt <br />Resolution No. 79-52, declaring therein the necessity of improving Echo <br />Drive, within Piayfield Village (the "Village"), by having it repaved and <br />reditched; and <br />[AREAS, this Council did heretofore by Ordinance No. 80-24, <br />passed April 21, 1980, repeal Ordinance No. 79-71 which was prematurely <br />passed and which .determined to proceed with the aforesaid improvement <br />after receipt of bids for labor and materials in excess of fifteen percent <br />(15%) or more of the estimated cost of such labor and materials heretofore <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid for labor and materials for <br />said improvement received by the Village exceeds by fifteen percent (15%) <br />or more said estimated cost; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 727.24 of the Ohio Revised Code, a <br />notice of public hearing on the question of whether said improvement should <br />be made was duly published as required by law; and <br />~d1iEREAS, all property owners to be assessed for said improvement <br />and who desired to be heard on the question of whether said improvement <br />should be made were heard by this Council at the time and. place provided for <br />in said notice; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has examined and reviewed the lowest and <br />best bid for labor and materials for said improvement; now, therefore, <br />
