This <br />move stemed from a mayo disagreement on SOM Center lighting assess- <br />ments. Gates Mills used to pay (because the lights shined on their <br />town); hence, Mayfield Heights, in retaliation, charged them for fire <br />services.(Senior Council members may recall this). <br />
