RESOLUTION NO. 80- 40 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO WILLIAM BOGER <br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM BOGER has dutifully served as a Member <br />of this Council from 1970 through 1973 and again from 1978 to the <br />present; and <br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM BOGER has served at various times as a <br />member of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, the Building and <br />Grounds Committee, the Streets and Roads Committee, the Recreation <br />Committee and the New Village Hall Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM BOGER has distinguished himself during <br />his period of service to this Council by his faithful and diligent <br />attention to the matters which have come before him; and <br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM BOGER has resigned from Council to <br />devote more time to his family and private life; and <br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM BOGER should not be allowed to leave the <br />service of Mayfield Village without an expression of the apprecia- <br />tion which he rightly deserves; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, for its <br />own members, on behalf of the administration, employees and residents <br />of the Village, expresses its deep appreciation and thanks to <br />WILLIAM BOGER for his faithful and devoted service to Mayfield <br />Village. <br />Section 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized, empowered <br />and directed to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. <br />One such copy shall be placed in the permanent records of Mayfield <br />Village as a lasting momento of the service of WILLIAM BOGER. The <br />other original copy shall be delivered to WILLIAM BOGER as a small <br />token of the appreciation felt for him in this Village. <br />Section 3.
