RESOLUTION N0. 80-45 <br />INTRODUCED BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE <br />OF A BUILDING PERMIT TO GALIER CARLINI <br />SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE ARCHITECTURAL <br />REVIEW BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, Galier-Carlini have applied to the municipality for a building <br />permit for their construction project on Beta Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Galier-Carlini have satisfied the Village engineer that <br />all specifications required by the Village will be met; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Galier-Carlini have not yet obtained the approval of the <br />Architectural Review Board for their proposed construction project; and NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Building Commissioner is hereby authorized to grant a <br />building permit to Galier-Carlini for the proposed construction project on Beta <br />Drive subject only to approval of the plans by the Architectural Review Board of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediatley necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village in that it will provide for continued development within <br />the municipality.
