<br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-63 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO ADJUST APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR THE YEAR 1980 FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE. <br />WHEREAS, the Council enacted Ordinance 80-54 passed August <br />18, 1980 which included an erroneous overprovision in the amount <br />of $36,503.39 in Section XIII of said Ordinance, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 1, XIII of Ordinance 80-54 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />XIII. There shall be and hereby is appropriated for the <br />year 1980 from the Service Building Construction Fund the <br />following: <br />Capital Improvements and Other Operations and <br />Maintenance: $928,496.61 <br />Section 2. Section 1, XIII of Ordinance 80-54 is .hereby repealed. <br />' Section 3_. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in <br />that it provides funds for the maintenance of essential governmental <br />services. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage <br />by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected <br />to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest <br />time allowed by law. <br />__ Alan G.
