Form V - 6~10~47 <br />Fags ~ <br />~C~z~g <br />contracting person, firm or corporation at its principal office, which said <br />resolution shall specify a termination date not less than six months sub- <br />sequent to the date of serving such copy of such resolution; and at any time <br />after the expiration of the first eighteen months of the effective period of <br />this ordinance any such contracting person, firm or corporation, at its option, <br />may likewise so elect to terminate any contract resulting from the acceptance <br />ty it of the provisions of this ordinance by serving written notice of such <br />termination upon the Village, which notice shall specify a termination date of <br />not less than six months subsequent to the date of serving such notice; and <br />after service of such resolution or such notice at the time therein fixed for <br />such termination all the provisions of such contract shall cease and terminate. <br />Section 6, That Ordinance No, 252 , passed by this Council <br />June l7 1946, be and the same hereby is repealed. <br />section 7. This ordinance shall not take effect unless The Cleveland <br />Electric Illuminating Company of Cleveland, Ohio, shall within 30 days after <br />the passage of this ordinance by this Council file a written acceptance of the <br />same with the Clerk of this Village, but if so accepted this ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Passed this a !~ day of To ~Y , 1947.
