PARKER <br />,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDINC7 ,SECTION ~L~ of ORDINANCE N0. ~6 <br />BEING THE BUILDIrdG CODE OF THE VILI;AGE OP MAYL+'IELD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the [tillage of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio® that: <br />Section 1: Section.~1~ of Ordinance No. X36 being the building code <br />of the Village of Mayfield as heretofore passed by this Council be and the <br />same hereby is amended so that the same shall read as follows: <br />"PEES. .Sec. ~2l~. The Inspectors of Buildings shall make out the pe?~nit <br />or certificate reduired by Section ley designate thereon the character of the <br />building covered by such permit' fix the fee to be paid'.coll_ect the same and <br />give receipt for the same. <br />The fees to be charged sha11 be based upon the following: <br />X10.00 for a permit for the alteration or construction of a residence, <br />commercial or industrial structure involving 750 square feet of floor surface or <br />less' with an additional fee of X2.00 fo:c each additional 100 square feet or <br />fraction thereof of floor surface. <br />• - _ ~ X1.00 per 100 square feet of floor space for a permit covering the <br />'- '+ const~°uction or alteration of a structure to be used as an accessory to the <br />' ~'~ structure representing the primary use of.the premises. - <br />. _ <br />X10.00 for a permit covering the moving of arty building. <br />X2.00 for a permit covering the construction of arty signboard or bill- <br />board, unless the same is to be placed upon a vacant lot or upon occupied • <br />property advertising the sale or rent of such lot or. property upom'which placed, <br />and provided that such excepted sign does not exceed 60 square felt in area." <br />Section ~: T'nis ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public healthp safetyy <br />convenience and welfare for reasons apparent from the contents of this ordinance. <br />Therefore, this ordinance shall, take effect and be in force frpm and after ~.ts <br />passage, <br />Passed the 15th day of September A.n. 1947. <br />~~5..~ <br />Mayor - President of Council. <br />Attest: <br />- '~~~ ,~ <br />_ (5~) Clerk. <br />
