OF THE' LAST SIIATDAY OF SERI.'EMBER II~T EACH YEAR. <br />BE IT ORDAINr~ BY THELtOUNCIL OF TIC UTLLAGE OF MAYFTELD, STATE OF OHIO; <br />Section 1. That the standard of time throughout the Va17.ago <br />of hayfield shall be that of the 75th meridian of longitude vest from <br />Gresnwa.ch, except from 2:00 o f clock A. M. of the last Sunday of April <br />until 2:00 o t clock A.P!!. of the last Sunday of September, in each <br />calendar year, when the standard of time throughout the Village of <br />Mayfield shall be advanced one hour. <br />Section 2. That municipal offices a.nd legal proceedings <br />of the Village of Mayfield sha11 be r©gulated by .such standard of. tim®, <br />and when by ordinanc©, resolution or action 6f' any municipal officer or <br />body, an act must be performed at or within a prescribed time, it shall <br />be so performed aacordang to such staaxdaxd of. time. <br />Section 3: l~tkien a c1_ock or other timepiece as an or upon a <br />public building maintained at the expense of the Village of Mayfield, the <br />board , comn~.assion, officer or other person having control and charge <br />of such building shall have such clock or other timepiece set and run <br />according to the standard of tame as provided herein. <br />Section 4.
