WHEREAS, the Council has previously decided to install toilets and sanitary facil:i.ties in the basement oz" the Village Hall; and V~EREAS, it is physically impossible to construct the necessary toss pool and fil-Eer bed for such purpose on the premises now o-~vned by the Village, and it is necessary to acquire certain adjoining land for that purpose] and - VuTiEREAS, the surface of said adjoining land. can also be advantageously used by the Village for additional parking grounds, enlarged driveway, and for park and recreational purposes in connection with the operation of the Village Hall and grounds. NO~Fd' THEREFORE BE IT ORDAIDTED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIIC VILLAGE OF T+ZAYH'IELD, CUYASOGA COUNT^Y, STATE. OF OHIO: Section 1: That the Mayor and Clerk are authoriz©d on behalf of tho Village to enter into a, contract and ©xocute any other doctunents necessary for the purchase of the premises hereinafter described from the owner thereon' for the sum of X1,000.00, pa~,,~able upon the furnishing of a '~~arranty Deed and a Title Goaranty of a reputable title company in Cuyahoga County at the ownerts expense, taxes to be prorated~.as of 'the date of recording of the deed, and escrow expenses to be paid equally by the Seller and tkie Buyer. Said premises are described as follows: "Situated in the Villag® of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and .State of Ohio, and being part of Original ~Iayfield Township Lot 45 in Tract 1, and being further described as follows: Beginning in the center line of Wilson Mi.11s Road, 60 feet wido, at a point distant l30 feet westerly measured along said center line from its intorsecta.on with the center line of S.O.M. Center Road, 60 feet wide. Thence westerly along the center line of Wilson Mills Road about 67.50 feet but to the southwesterly cornor of lands conveyed to the Grantor, Dora M.
