That Section 3 of Ordinance Noo 231, entitlod <br />"An Ordinance Establishing and Creating a Volunteer Firo Departm.®nt for <br />the Village of TuIayfield", be amended to r©ad as follar~s: <br />"Soct'.!on 3. The F'i-re Department is autkior°ized to act <br />and to' use the fire apparatus of the Vi11.a.ge in times of <br />emergency to safeguard life, limb, property and the public <br />safety and health. Each member of the Village Fire Department <br />shall be paid the sum of Two Dollars (yy2.00) for each fire call <br />and for each emergency call of the kind hereinabove described <br />to ~~Jhich he responds in a capacity as fireman. A firo call <br />or emergency call shall be deertod to begin Vrhen the fire <br />equipment leaves its regular station az~d to end when it has <br />returnod to its regular station." <br />Section 2. That Section 3 hitherto appearing in said <br />Ordinance No. 231 be repealed. <br />Section 3.
