That Sections 1 and 20 of Ordinance No. 15S be <br />and they are hereby amended to read. as follows: <br />"Sec. 1. District and Zone Map. For the purpose of <br />regulating. and restricting the location of trades, indsastries6 <br />apartment houses, tv~ro-~feanily houses and other uses of property, <br />the number of square feet of lot area per family housed, the <br />width of lots, the lacation and size of yards and the height of <br />buildings, the Village of Tv7ayfivld is hereby divided into four <br />classes of use districts termed respectively class Lit or single <br />family house districts, class U2 or'two family house districts, <br />class U3 or apartment house districts, class II4 or commercial <br />districts, and into tyro classes of height districts termed <br />respectively Class H1 and H2 and into threo classes of area <br />districts termed respectively class A1, A2 and A3; all as shosrm <br />on the revised district and zone map prepared by the F. A. Pease <br />Engineering Co., and duly approved bsJ the Village Planning and <br />Zoning CorRnission and by the Council of the Village of T~ayfield, <br />and dated July 19, 1948, which revised district and zone map is <br />made a part hereof. The use, height and aa•ea districts designations <br />shot~rn on said map are hereby established. The map designations and <br />the_map designation rules which accompany said map are hereby <br />declared to be part thereof. No building or premises shall be <br />erected oi° used except in confos~nity with the regulations herein <br />proscribed for the use, height and area districts in which such <br />building or premises is located®'r <br />"Sec. 20. Front yards: building lines. For the purpose <br />of regulating front yards, for the purpose of further regulating side <br />~'~ yards of corner buildings and for the purpose of rvgi-slating the <br />' alignment of buildings near street frontages, building lines as <br />- set forth on the revised dastrict and zone map, prepared by the <br />" F.
