Franz <br />AN ORDINANCE ATv2ENDING ORDINANCE N0. 252--~ <br />BY INCREASING THE COIiTPEATSATION OF THE <br />ROAD FOREPlIAN'® ' <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUi~CIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, _ <br />Sec® ,. That Section 3 of Ordinance No® 252-A, entitled; <br />"An Ordinance to Provide for a Road Foreman", be amended to read as <br />follows : <br />"Sec® 3. The Road Foreman shall be paid as compensation <br />for his services as such the sum of 51.50 per hour for the <br />actual time spent by him in the discharge of his duties, which <br />compensation shall be paid ou statements rendered by him from <br />time to time to the Village." <br />Sec. 2. That existing Section 3 of said Ordinance No. 252-A <br />as it hither~o existed be repealed. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />ordinanc®, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />safety, cony®nience, and welfare, for the reason 'b hat it is impossible <br />to obtain the services of a Road Foreman arty longer at the rate of <br />compensation previously paid, and therefore this ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the date of its passago. <br />Passed this 20th day of September, 1948. <br />~' <br />,: - <br />M~,for -President of ouncil <br />Attest: <br />//~ ~ /~~~ <br />-- SEAL ~ Cl "rk <br />y~ ~ - <br />
