Section ~ ---Bic cles--Ridin One On A Seat a A person operating a bicycle or motorcycle shah. not ride other than upon the permanent and xegular seat attached thereto, nor carry any other person upon such bicycle or motorcycle other than upon a firmly~a.ttached and regular seat thereon nor shall any person ride upon a bicycle or motorcycle other than as above authorized. Section 4~$--Attachin To Vehicle No person riding upon any icycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skatesr sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle upon a roadway. Section ~9--Use=of .Coasters, Roller Skates and Similar Devices It shall be--unlawful for any person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device, to go upon any roadway except tirhile crossing a street on a crosswalk, or unless the same shall have been set aside for playground purposes. Section SQ--Bicycles--Not More Than Two Abreast ,Persons r_iding_bicycles or motorcycles upon a roadway shall ride not more than two abreast except on paths or parts of roadways set aside`fcr the exclusive use of bicycles or motorcycles. Section. ~1--Bicycles--Bells No person shall_ride a bicyc~ unless it is equipped with a bell or other device capable of giving an audible signal, except that no bicyc-le s'_Zall be equipped ~~rith nor shall any person use upon s. bicycle any siren or whistle. Section 52--Pa ssin~ Saf'ety' Zones The driver of a vehicle while passing a safety zone occupied by any person shall pass to the right in all cases unless otherv~rise directed by a police officer. if such safety zone be not so occupied he may pass it o~z either side but in no event shall a driver drive his vehicle through or within a safety zone.
