Section 1 of Ordinanc® No. 316 Entitled "An <br />.Ordinance to Levy a Charge or Rental upon Lots~and Premises Sewed <br />by Sewer Connections with the County Sewage Disposal_ Plant on the East <br />Side of Beach Hill Road" be, and the same is ,hereby amended to read <br />as follovrs: _ <br />"Seto 1® In order to pay part of the cost and <br />expense,of maizitaining and operating the sez+rer connections <br />with the County Sewage Disposal Pleat, there is hereby levied <br />upon each lot and premises on ti=rich is located az~y house <br />or Uuilding which has installed therein or the reo~; atay <br />sewer connection for the discharge of sewage into sewers _ <br />connected vTith or leading to the County Sevrage Disposal <br />Plant on the East side of Beach Hill Road, a charge or <br />rental of X2.75 for the year 1949, which amount shall be <br />paid on or , bof ore the 1st day of DQay, 1949, end $5.25 <br />per year, beginning with the year 1°50, to be paz.d on <br />or before the 1st day of Tdarch for each such sewer <br />connection which is in existence on the preceding <br />fi rst day of February.:' <br />Secs 2, Existing Section 1 of Ordinance I~Too 316 is hereby <br />repealede <br />' Sec. 3.
