DEPUTY MA12SZALL,'~ <br />BX INCI~ASTZ<IG THE SALARY OF T ~' I~SPdi.S~3ALL AND <br />CHIEF OF POLICE. _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIC VILLAGE OF I~AYF'IFLD, CUYAF?OGA <br />COUI?T~Y, OHIO, THAT. <br />Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 296, en'citled <br />"An Ordinance Creating the Office of T~~Iarshall ar~d Chief of Police <br />aXid Abolishing the Office of Deputy Marshall," is hereby amended to <br />read as follovrs: ~ - <br />"Section 4. Such Chief of Police shall be paid. <br />a salary of Two hundred Eighty-Five Dollars 0285.00) <br />per month, but such compensation maybe changed from <br />time to time by Council, by ordinance, resolution, or <br />motion. Any fees received by the Chief of Police in <br />ha.s official capacity shall be turned into tho Village <br />Treasury. He shall give bond in the sum of Five hundred <br />Dollars 0500.00), with good and sufficient surety to <br />Ue approved, by the Iv7ayor." <br />Section 2. Existing Section 4 of Ordinance No. 296 is hereby <br />repealed from and after this date. <br />Section 3.
