Board of Review of the <br />Village of 1~'Iayfield, Ohio. Said Advisory Architect shall b® <br />registered as axe Architect under the laws of the State of Ohio <br />and shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation <br />by Counail. He may be a-omoved at any tiino by the P3ayor, with <br />the consent of Council. The Architectural Board of Rev9.ew <br />shall not be required to submit plans to the Advisory Architect, <br />but may in its discretion at any time and in any case call upon <br />said Advisory Arc~ri.tect for advice on any matter subnri.tted to the <br />Board for consideration. The Advisory Architect shall be paid <br />by the Village of U~fayf`ield. a fee of 1Os00 for each set of plans <br />or specifications he exa~.nes at the .request of said Board. In <br />the event that the Advisory Architect is, either directly or . <br />indirectly, f5.nancially. interested in or is the author of any <br />pleas or specifications submitted to said Board., or in the <br />event that seed Advisory Architect is unable or unVVrilling to <br />act in a particular case, the Board by a vote of taro of its <br />members shall have power to designate an alternate Advisory <br />Architect to pass upon the particular pleas and specifications, <br />and he shall.roceive the same fee as the Advisory Architect <br />would have received for acting in such cas®,~ <br />Sec. 22® This Ordinanoe is hereby d®olar®d to be az~ emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate presergration of the public pease, <br />safety, health, at~d err®lfare of the Village of hayfield ar~d its inhabitants, <br />for the reasons hereinabove stated, _and shall go into effect and be in <br />force from and after the date of its passag®• <br />Passed this 20th d~, r of November , 19500 <br />Attests <br />hiay - esident of Council <br />SBAL Clerk <br />
