R, MARTITd LAND COPaiPANY FOR, <br />THE, DUMPI1~iG OF RUBBISE_ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF b~1YFTELD, CUY9TiQGA <br />COU111Y OHIO, TWO-TH11?.DS OF ALL ~NIBERS .ELECTED .THERETO_ COIdCURRIIdG, THAT s <br />Seco 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorizod, on <br />behalf of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, to enter into an e.greoment in <br />Urritzrig with the I® R. Martha Larid Company, ~rhereby the Village is <br />granted the right.to dump its rubbish on lads of the I. R. Palartin <br />Laxad Co~rnpany located in the Townsl~a.p of Newberx~, Geauga County, Chios <br />for the period of one year, beginning Juno 1st, 196.0, in return for <br />which the Villago shall pay the sum of.~100e00. <br />Sec. 2, There is hereby appropriated front the Village <br />Treasury the sum of ~100~00 for the purpose of carr~~.ng out the contract <br />with the I. R® Martin Land Crnnpauy rei"erred to in Section 1. <br />Sec. 3.
