<br />Any changes proposed during the construction or remodeling

<br />Sec, 2. Existing Sec, 13 - 1 (e) as it heretofore existed is
<br />hereby repealed from and after this. date,
<br />Svc. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
<br />moasurv, necessary for the immediate proservatioia of the public
<br />peat©, safety, health and welfare of the village of It2ayfield and its
<br />inhabitants for reasons apparent from the facts of this Ordinance,
<br />and shall go into effect and be in force from and after the date of
<br />its passage.
