Secs 1, Frain and after SO days from the date of tho passage of this Ordinance every person who o~as or occupios a house or other buildings iviti~.in the Village of M~field shall be required to display thereon the official number of such house or building, accord~zg to the numbering map dated March 15th, 1948, approved by Council in Ordinance No. 286, in such a manner as to be legible fr~.the street on which such house or building is situated, In the case of a family, the head •t~nereof shall be considered the occupant for the purposes of this Ordinance.
