ORDINANCE No. 377 <br />By Mr® Godfrey <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ENTER IN^10 AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />RATI'H..QUIGLEY.FOR THE DUMPING OF RUBBISH -.. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, QHIO:. _ - - <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authog•ized on, behalf <br />of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, to eater into an agreement in writing <br />with .Ralph Quigley wherein the Village is gratated th® right to dump its <br />rubbish on lands of Ralph Quigley located off Ferry Road in Kirtland <br />Township, Lake County, Ohio, end to use the rigkst of way leading thereto, <br />for the period of one year, begirinin,g August 1st, 1951, in return for <br />which the Village will pay the sum of X200.00 in substantially equal <br />monthly installments, on condition, hourever, that Ralph Quigley shal] <br />et a11° times during the term of said agreement maintain and keep said <br />right of way in good repair, so that the vehicles carrying rubbish for the <br />Village of Mayfield may have access to said land for dumping purposes® <br />Sec. 20 There is hereby appropriated from the Village <br />Treasury the sum of X200.00 for the purpose of carrying out the agreement <br />with Ralph Quigley referred to in Section 1 of this Ordinanc®. <br />Sec. 3. This ordinance is deemed to be eta emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety , <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order <br />to insure proper rubbish removal, and shall be in force and go into <br />effect immediately upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 16th day of July, 1951. <br />M or President of Council <br />Attest: <br />SEAT; Clerk <br />..~~` <br />
