DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF THE ISSUANCE OF BOI~TDS OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD FOR. SQCH _PIIR.POSES. V4iHEREAS, this Council has found it necessary to improve Wilson Mills Road by the installation of a vrater main and appurtenances therein pursuant to Resolution No• 181 adopt®d Januax~r 29, 1951; and this Council has foutad it nee®ssary to i~iiprove S.0•M. Center Road by the installstion of a wat®r main and appurtenances thereita pursuant to Resolution No. 182 adopted Januaay 29, 1951, and ~RFAS, This Council det®nnined to proc®ed ~t3.th the improvement of Wilson Mills Ro€zd by the construction of a water main and appurtenances therein pursuant to Ordinance No. 378, passed July 23, 1951; and this Couzaci~. det®x~.ined to proceed with the improvement of S.O.M. Center Road by the-_ construction of a water main and appurtenances.therein pursuant to Oraizaance No. 379, passed July 23, 1951, axed W.~REAS, this Counoi~. has requested thv fiscal off'io®r of the Village of Mayfield. to issue his certificate as to the estimated life of the improv8- ments to be constructed £rom the proceeds of th® bonds hereinafter referred t®, e~td of the note to be issued i~a antioipation of such bands; and as to the maximum maturity of said bonds and notes, and the fiscal officer of th® Village of Mayfield has certified to the Council such estimated life as exceeding ten (10} years, at~d ha.s further certify.®d the max;.mum matur3.ty of snob bonds as forty.'
