ORDINANCE No. J u / <br />Mro /~~~~~~-,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 86, THE <br />BUILDING CODE, BY REQUIRING ILLUMINATION OF <br />OBSTRUCTIONS TO THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY DURING <br />BUI~ LNG .OPERATIONS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VIL,~GE OF MAYFIELDs CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY OHIO, THATo - - <br />Sec, 1. Ordinance No. 86, commonly kno~ct as the Building Code <br />of the Village of Mayfield, Ohios i s hereby eun.ended by adding thereto <br />Section 213, r®ading as follo~rss <br />"Sec. 213s Illuminati on of Obstructions to Public Ham. <br />All barr3.cades, fences, canopies, or equipm©nt ®rectod or <br />®xi.sting outside of the street line, all anaterials or debris <br />piled up outside of said line, and all pits, excavations, and <br />obstructions outsid® of such line, shall be pla~.nly mark®d <br />aft®r dark with flares, red lsn;tarns, or red electric light <br />bulbs to vaarn pedestr,ans and operators ®f ~ehicl©s of ~e <br />presence of the game." <br />Sec. 2.
