ORDINANCE No® 394 <br />By 114r. Godfrey <br />AAT ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPROPRIATION,OF FUNDB FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE .YEAR .19 51. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, TWO-THIRDS OF .THE ,HEHBERS.ELECTED THERETO CODTCURRING, THAT: <br />Sec. 1® To the extent that, during the year 1951, any <br />expenditures have been made by or under authority of the Council of the <br />Village of b'[ayfield,. Ohio, for any items in excess of the amounts appropriated <br />therefor by the appropriation ordinances and amendments thereto adopted <br />in 1951, or for items for vrhich no specific appropriations were made by <br />said ordinances, the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer s~.xf'ficient moneys from other appropriation items <br />which have not been fully expended and, if necessary, from moneys in the <br />General Fund not otherwise specifically appropriated, to cover such <br />expenditures, and the moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated <br />for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />Sec. 2Q This ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the preservation of the health, safety exid welfare of the <br />Village of ~'Iayfield and its inhabitants and this ordinance shall go <br />into effect immediately upon its passage. <br />Passed this 17th day of December, 1951. <br />Hayor President of Council <br />Attest: <br />~.~.~~ <br />SEAL, Clerk <br />~I <br />
