<br />Sec. 6® There shall be and hereby is appropriated for the fiscal
<br />year ending December 31st, 1952, from the Fire Apparatus Fund the follorwiug:

<br />Sees. ?. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure,
<br />necessary_for the ~.mmediat® preservation of the public health, welfare, peace
<br />and safety of the Village of Mayfield and its itahabitants, in order to prov;.de
<br />the necessary funds to carry out the functions of the Village, and this
<br />Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon the dat® of its passage.
