The Angelo T~arra Construction Company is hereby authorized <br />to perform the following work necessary to complet® th® installation of a <br />12" water main in SOM Center Road from VtTilson Mills Road Northerly appro,ci- <br />mately 420 feet: _ _ <br />(a~ A 12" Line Valve & B ox Comp., for which the Village of <br />Mayfa.eld agrees to pay the earn of ~250Q00; <br />(b~ Remove and replae® Asphaltic Concrote Pavement Surface <br />._ on existing sewer trench, for which the Village of <br />Mayfidld agrees to pay ~p3a00 for each square yard of <br />2" asphaltic concrete pavement surface so remaved and <br />replse®d. <br />Sec. 2. Council hereby declar®s and d®termi.nes that the extra <br />itess specified in Section 1 of this Ordinance are necessary to complete <br />the said water main a.mprovement and are not included in the original contract <br />ex3,ter®d into bet~reen the Village of Mayfield and the Angelo TViarra Construction <br />Com <br />Sean 3e The Mayor and the C1®rk of the Vi11.ege of ~ayField are <br />hereby authorized. to enter into a contract with the Angelo Marra Construction <br />Company to carry out the provisions of this Ordinanc®. <br />Sec® 4.
