SALES COTv1PAPdY <br />~~REAS, due advertisement has boen published according to law <br />inviting bids for the sale of anew police automobile to the Village of <br />hayfield, Ohio, and for the purchase of the automobile nrnrr used by the <br />Polico Department; and <br />~~R.EAS, Heights Piotor Sales Company duly filed its bid with <br />the Clerk in accordance with. law, offering to sell to the Villego anew <br />1952 Ford Ranch tiV"agora of the type hereinafter described for the sum of <br />"x'1751627, and. offering to purchase the present 1951 Ford Tudor Sedan <br />now used by the Village Police Department for the sum of '950.00; and <br />V47iEREAE, said bid for the sale of a police car to the Village, <br />giving credit for the amount to be paid to the Village for the present <br />police car, is the lowest and best bid submitted. <br />NOV'~ THEREFORE BE I T ORDAII~TED B Y THE COUNCIL OF THE VI LL.gGE OF <br />1~IAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIU, THAT <br />Sec. 1. The bid of Heights l~sotor Sales Company offering 'to sell <br />to the Village of '~:~iiayfield one_ new 1952 Ford Ranch 1'tagon ( 2 door, 6 passenger <br />Station V+iagon) -color black, 110 H.P. V Type, 8 Cyl. Engine, all steel body, <br />with hot water heater and defroster, oil filter, oil bath air cleaner, <br />5 - 710 x 15 6-ply tires, mallory ignition coil and condenser, model TC-3, <br />and heavy duty clutch, for the total sum of X1751®27, and offering to <br />purchase from the Village the 1951 Ford Tudor Sedan now used by the Police <br />Department for the sum of w~950.00, leaving a cash balance of X801,27 to bo <br />paid to Heights Motor Sales Company, be, and the same hereby is, accepted. <br />Sec. 2. The 1V~ayor and the Clerk of the Village are hereby <br />authorized and empowered to execute all such documents and do all things <br />necessary to carry out tho provisions of this Ordinance. <br />Sec. 3.
