<br />Any changes proposed daring the construction of remodeling
<br />ir~rolving chaa~ges in exterior appearance, finished grade or
<br />orientation must be shown on the revised drawings and re-sub-
<br />mitted to the Board.'
<br />Sec. 2. Existing Section 13-1 (e) as it heretofore appeared in
<br />Ordinance o, ~0, as amended by Ordinance_No. 3?2, is hereby repealed
<br />from and after this date.
<br />Sec. 3. This ordinance is hereb~r declared to be an emergency
<br />moasure, necessaxx~r fo-r the immecliate preservation of the public peace,
<br />safety, health and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants
<br />for reasons apparent from the face of the ordinance, and sha11. go into
<br />efz"ect and be in force from and after the date of its passage.
