Ordinance No. 86 cozr~anonly Down as the Building Code of <br />the Village.oi~ayfield, Ohio, is hereby amended by adding thereto Section <br />21l~. reading as follows: <br />"Sec. 271.. B~inimum living area for dwelling houses. A <br />one story single we 'ng houses ve a min;mnm oor area <br />of 1000 square feet in addition to a basement or uti7.ity room. <br />"A single family dwe111xig house consisting of more than <br />one floor sha71 have, in addition to a basement or utility room, <br />a m;~;~-+~ first floor area of 750 square feet and a minimum <br />total floor area of 1200 square feet." <br />Sec. 2.
