ORDINANCE No. l~20 <br />By Mr. Sloan <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT V9'ITH GEORGE <br />' A: QUIGLEY AND JULIAN QUIGLEY FOR THE DUMPING OF RUBBISH <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF I~A.YFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO TFTATs ~ . <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized on behalf of the <br />" ""~ Village of Mayfield Ohio to enter into an agreement in writing with George <br />A. Quigley and Julian Quigley whereby the Village is granted the right to <br />dump its rubbish on lands of said persons located off Ferry Road in Kirtlandv_ <br />Township, Lake County, Ohio, together with the use of a right of way <br />approximately 16-1~2 feet wide leading to said lands for the period of one <br />year beginning October lst, 1952, in return for which the Village sha11 <br />.pay a sum of X250.00, payable in substantially equal monthly installments. <br />Said agreement shall be conditional upon said persons keeping said right <br />of way in reasonable repair. <br />Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Village Treasury <br />the sum of 0.00 for the purpose of carry:Lng out the agreement referred <br />to in Section 1 hereof; <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is deemed to be"an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the. immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order to bring about <br />proper rubbish disposal and this Ordinance shall go into effect immediately <br />upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of October, 1952. <br />Attest; <br />May~r~.-"President of Council <br />G~~ <br />Sea C erk <br />
