FOPS. FURNISHING CERTAIN EXTRA ITEb~S RE~UIl~ED <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER b~AIlV IN WILSON b,9'TT,T S <br />ROAD FROM THE WESTERLY.CORPORATION LINE OF THE V]ZLA,GE <br />OF HAYFIELD. TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF ECHO DRNE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />'` STATE OF .OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Curro Construction Co. is hereby authorized to perform <br />the following work necessary to complete the installation of a 12t~ water <br />main in .Wilson rJtills Road from the Westerly corporation line of the Village <br />of Mayfield to the.Westerly line of Echo Drive: <br />(a) 3~.6 lineal feet l0~' V.S.P. Sewer to be removed and <br />relayed complete, for which the Village agrees to pay <br />the sum of ~P5.00 per lineal foot; <br />(b) 20 lineal f eet of 21~" V.S.P. ~5ewer to be removed and <br />relayed complete for.w'nich the Vi1J.age agrees to pay <br />the sum of X8.00 per lineal foot; <br />Sec. 2. Council hereby declares and determines that the extra items <br />specifie~in Section 1 of this Ordinance are necessary to complete the said <br />water main improvement and are not included in the original contract entered <br />into between the Village of Mayfield and Curro Construction Company. <br />Sec. 3. The Maynr and-the Clerk are izereby authorized to enter into <br />a contrac~wi h Curro Construction Company to carry out the provisions of <br />this Ordinance. <br />Sec. ~. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />safety, peace and welfare, in order to bring about the installation of a <br />water main in said section of Wilson Mills Road and to complete the <br />payment therefor at as early a date as possible and shall go into effect <br />and be in force from and after the date of its passaged <br />Passed this 16th day of February, 1953. <br />Attest: G Y~ `~ ~ -~ <br />or - 'esi en of Counca._ <br />- ~ ,i <br />-may <br />SEAL C er <br />
